From Tim Wambach: Miles- 16.01
Again, nothing pretty here, but a big improvement from yesterday.
It seems that my blister (underneath the skin of the former blister) flattened out, and there was not as much pressure or pain. I stuck to my plan of taking breaks after an hour of activity. This was the right move, however, after every break it took awhile to “get going” again.
I’m going to stick with the same plan as today, just taking fewer minutes for the break. I was able to run for a little bit today. Felt good. Hoping tomorrow I will be able to open her up a little bit more.
