Public Outreach & Education

Handicap This!

Mike and Tim have spoken in front of audiences nationwide educating about the challenges of living with a severe physical disability. In 2010, the duo premiered a live-stage adaptation of their story titled Handicap This! Combined, they have shared their story with over 100 different community groups and nearly 100,000 audience members to date. During the 2016 Run, Team KOKO will be hosting a series of events in several cities along the run route in order to educate the community and raise awareness.
